DHS Media CENTER & Building 5 Room 3 Reservations and Scheduling
The purpose of this calendar is to provide the faculty and staff access to the schedules for the media center and building 5 room 3 lab. If used correctly, this ONE access point will give perspective users an opportunity to view, request, and reserve the media center and the labs for instruction, meetings, and other legitimate school based needs in a virtually capacity. I hope that instituting this new method will optimize the use of the media center, as well as, impact the culture for learning at DHS.
the media center is heavily used for testing throughout the year. please review the general testing schedule and pay close attention to emails forwarded by the testing coordinator, as this may change and/or conflict with media scheduling during school hours.
Note: You must go through the Activities Department and complete the proper paperwork to schedule the media center for anything other than instruction (teaching).
